Management
The representatives will be constantly under ADONE VENTES’s control. The officering, the surveillance and the discipline the aforementioned representatives will be under the ADONE VENTES’s unique responsibility.

Legislation
ADONE VENTES makes a commitment to realize the services which will be confided to him by employees used regularly, in regard for the working legislation.

Insurance
ADONE VENTES holds an insurance witch guarantees the pecuniary consequences of his civil liability. The customer holds an insurance of civil liability, in case his responsibility would be engaged following an accident of a ADONE VENTES’s staff during his mission. ADONE VENTES is not responsible of the non-performance of the present contract in case of social conflicts, coincidences or force majeure.

Hygiene and security
When ADONE VENTES’s staff is called to work in the premises of the customer, this one must respect the standards of hygiene and security. He has to inform him about the regulation of security, to be present during the duration of the intervention, and take any useful measures at once in the event of an accident. ADONE VENTES makes a commitment to respect the internal regulation.
